Members have a reduced dispatch fee of $30 (typically $60) if you call in for service during normal business hours ($125 instead of $250 after hours and on weekends).

No diagnostic fee for the first two hours of a service call, which is typically a $150-$300 charge.

Your labor warranty period on repair related work is extended by an extra term (if it typically carries a 1 year warranty you would have a two year warranty etc.).

There are different options available to you based on the kind of heating and cooling maintenance your home needs. Each contract covers up to two systems at the same property. Any additional system you elect to add coverage for will be at half cost. If you will be signing up for heating AND cooling maintenance, we will schedule two visits during our annual contract. Typically we perform heating inspections during the fall, and cooling inspections in the spring. If we are only doing maintenance on your heating OR cooling (not both) then it will only require one annual visit, therefore the price may vary from one plan to another. During these visits we will perform a thorough inspection and LIGHT cleaning of all system components (chemical cleanings at additional cost). We will also provide, and replace air filters during your maintenance visit(s) at an additional cost. If you provide the replacement filters, humidifier water panels, etc. we will change them during our visit free of charge. We will perform a start and test on your system and all related components to ensure proper operation. All system performance measurements will be documented and available to you upon request.

We will provide and replace items such as air filters, humidifier water panels, canisters, etc. at material/shipping cost. It will be added to your plan cost.
